No Jacket. The Very Good binding is staple-bound, paper over boards with a foil spine, the front cover shows a little bear in a bed with candle light with red, blue and black lettering, the rear cover is advertising for Little Golden Books. The binding shows minimal wear at the corners and spine. The binding is tight and the pages are clean. The lovely illustrations by Garth Williams can be found on every page, some illustrations are full color others are black-and-white.
