Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.

Books are sold as described on the website including any defects noted in the photos provided. Please be sure to review the photos provided as well as the written description.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. If you receive an items that is not as described on the website please contact us.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: ArchBooks, Inc. PO Box 112, Springtown TX 76082

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you return an item because of an error by us the cost of return shipping will be included in the refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. This will guarantee that we will receive your returned item or financial recovery from insurance.
