Description

No Jacket, a mylar dust jacket has been added. The Good+ binding is blue cloth over boards, orange lettering and an illustration of Pinocchio on the cover and spine, shelf-wear, bumped corners, pictorial endpapers, several back pages have small tears and wrinkles. Bottom and fore-edges are untrimmed. The binding is tight and pages are clean. The illustrations by Mary Liddell, color frontispiece plus 17 black-and-white full page illustrations with black-and-white illustrations throughout the book.

Angelo Patri (November 26, 1876 – September 13, 1965) was an Italian-American author and educator. His real surname was Petraglia, and he was born in Piaggine of south-western Italy. Patri came to the United States when he was five. He gained a B.A. at the College of the City of New York in 1897, and an M.A. at Columbia University in 1904. Wikipedia
