No dust jacket, a mylar dust jacket has been added. The Very Good+ binding is illustrated cream cloth over boards, illustrated with man and woman standing by columns at entry to house with a dog on the steps, gilt title and stampings. Small crease at upper edge of boards on front. Outside pages show toning. Color frontispiece plate and title page, 22 Black-and-white illustrations by F. D. Bedford, plus 7 pages of adds at the back of the book. The binding is tight and pages are clean. The book measures 8.2″ tall x 6.3″ wide.
