The Very Good+ binding is staple-bound, illustrated paper over boards with a foil spine, the front cover shows children cutting out and assembling the Christmas Manger Scene with white lettering, the rear cover has a statement of publishing and advertising for The Little Golden Library, light edge-wear. The binding is tight and the pages are clean. No pages have been cut (fully intact). The lovely color illustrations by Steffie Lerch can be found at the turn of every page. The book measures 6.7″ wide x 8.0″ tall.

In this book you will find Mary, Joseph, the baby Jesus, and the other characters of the beautiful Christmas story, ready to be cut out and set up for your own Christmas manger.
On the back of each page you will find cutting lines to follow. Cut on the solid lines. Fold on the dotted lines. Fold the side tabs back, and the base forward.
At the center of the book the stable occupies two pages. Cut these both out, tape the halves together, fold the sides forward, and tape the roof to the sides
