No dust jacket, a mylar dust jacket has been added. Very Good+ condition binding is blue cloth over boards with color illustration of Sherlock Chick in a field with a magnifying glass, scarecrow in the background, blue lettering. White and yellow lettering on spine. Color illustrations throughout by Robert Quackenbush. Very minor rubbing at corners. The “1” is present on the number line on copyright page which is the designation of first edition. The binding is tight and pages are clean. The book measures 8.7″ tall x 6.9″ wide.
