No Jacket, a mylar dust jacket has been added. The Good binding is green cloth over boards, forest with animals in black, with gilt stamping border and title, gilt stamping on the spine, cover shows minimal corner rub, corners bumped, minimal shelf-wear, discoloration of the spine. Bottom and fore-edges are untrimmed. The binding is tight and pages are clean. 200 black-and-white illustrations by Seton can be found throughout the book.

Ernest Thompson Seton (August 14, 1860 – October 23, 1946) was a Canadian and American author, wildlife artist, founder of the Woodcraft Indians in 1902, and one of the founding pioneers of the Boy Scouts of America in 1910.
