The Good+ binding is illustrated paper over boards, puppets at a table illustration on the cover with red and blue lettering, black and red lettering on the spine, illustration and list of the nursery tales in the book, chip on lower edge of spine and bumping and slight chipping to corners. Green front free endpapers outside edge cuts, sections missing about 1″ deep, rear pastedown green endpaper has a section missing 6″ tall x 2″ wide on the outside edge. The binding is tight and pages are clean. Bright illustrations on stiff paper by Tadasu Izawa and Shigemi Hijikata at the turn of every page.
