Good binding is yellow cloth over boards, showing a black background with 3 figures, black and yellow lettering, black lettering on the spine, rear cover has write-ups of the author, illustrator, and music. Boards have some discoloration and bumping at corners. Black mark on inside front and rear cover. Color illustrations throughout by Remy Charlip. Pages clean and binding is tight. LOVE YOU. In 1966 he won an Off-Broadway award for his “distinguished direction’ of A BEAUTIFUL DAY by Ruth Krauss. He is
Head of the Children’s Theater Department at Sarah Lawrence College. In Greenville. Delaware there is a library named the Remy Charlip Library.

AL CARMINES is the Associate Minister at Judson Memorial Church. As director of the Judson Poets’ Theater and the Judson Dance Theater, he has composed the music for many of their plays, operas and dances, including HOME MOVIES. PROMENADE, and WHAT HAPPENED.
