About the book:
Poor Kitty has been lost two whole days when Louise finds her on the front porch. Wiggi, Louise’s little dog, tries to chase Kitty as though she were an ordinary cat, but Kitty refuses to be chased. Wiggi, though, will not make friends with poor Kitty until Kitty has an accident and Wiggi comes to the conclusion that Kitty is part of the family and is to be protected, not chased.
