The Very Good binding is staple-bound, paper over boards with a foil spine, the front cover shows various animals in airplanes with red, orange and black lettering, the rear cover is advertising for Little Golden Books. The binding shows minimal wear at the corners and spine. The binding is tight and the pages are clean. The lovely color illustrations by Richard Scarry can be found on every page.
