Very Good dust jacket, shows age toning. The Near Fine binding is illustrated paper over boards, red plastic comb bound, illustrated with a home front door with paw prints, rear cover shows the back of the house, some soiling near spine and evidence of a sticker pulled off in upper right hand corner. The dust jacket and book have the same illustrations. This book contains three pull strings, two lift-up tabs, three pull outs and three pop-ups make this a very nice children’s book. The book measures 10.2″ tall x 8.2″ wide.
