About the book (from the dust jacket)
Grandad’s magic is not big magic, like sawing people in half, but it’s big enough for Alison. She likes Grandad’s tricks so much that he’s learning a little trick of her own. When Grandad sees what Alison can do. he decides to show her his best trick ever. His trick is so good that it makes Alison and the rest of her family gasp, and it changes forever the wav Sunday lunch is served in Alison’s house. Here is a gentle, funny story about one little girl, her family, and her grandad’s magic.
