Description
No Jacket, a mylar dust jacket has been added. The Good+ binding is green cloth over boards, grey and black border with gilt stamping on the cover, grey and black border head and foot of spine with gilt stamping, top edge gilt, wear at head and foot of spine, mild shelf-wear, bumped corners, writing on front free endpaper dated Easter 1909. The binding is tight and pages are clean. Sixteen color illustrations with paper guard in front of each by George S. Elgood, the illustrations were engraved and printed in England by Hentschel Colourtype, Ltd.
