Description
The dust jacket is Good showing wear to the top edge and bottom edge, has several small tears and some fading, price-clipped. The book is Very Good, bound in green cloth covered boards and has bright gilt stamped illustration on the front cover along with the title and author name, The bright gilt stamping on the spine is also in very good condition. The book has colorful endpapers of showing various animals. Previous owners signature is present on an inside free endpaper. The book has 21 illustrations by Charles Bull including a lovely color pictorial frontispiece which has a six inch crease but can only be seen in the pictorial at a certain angle, and twenty lovely B&W illustrations throughout. Outside page edges are untrimmed. The binding is tight and pages are clean.
