The book is Very Good+, bound in black cloth covered boards and has silver stamping on the front cover and spine, a slight stain on first several pages at outer edge does not affect text or illustrations. The book has a Very Good pictorial paste on the front cover, with pictorial endpapers. The book has a color pictorial frontispiece, four lovely full-page color illustrations by Milo Winter. Binding is tight and pages are clean. The book is a Rand McNally “The Windermere Series”.
